Being a tour guide is definitely an aventura in this life and makes us feel many emotions! The most remarkable moment in my career as a tour guide is when I did a jeep tour to Nordeste with an American family , and one of my guests’ had family roots in Sao Miguel island.During lunch time , we started talking about her roots in the Azores and the possibilty to find her birth certificate. Right after lunchtime we actually found her birth certiticate and ended up finding her ancestors’ name all the back to the first half of the nineteenth century!

Making somebody’s dream coming true is something that will absolutely mark my career as a tour guide forever !
